Terms and Conditions

Website Information

This website provides general information about our farm, miniature cattle, available animals, farm visits, transportation and cattle care.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current. However, animal details, prices and availability may change.

Animal Inquiries and Availability

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an animal or confirm a purchase. Our farm team must confirm the animal’s availability before any agreement or payment is completed.

Purchases and Payments

Every cattle purchase is subject to a separate bill of sale or written agreement accepted by both parties. The agreement will include the applicable price, payment terms, ownership-transfer conditions and transportation arrangements.

If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement will apply.

Farm Visits

Farm visits are available by confirmed appointment for buyers interested in a specific available animal. Appointment details will be provided after a visit has been approved.

Transportation

Transportation may be arranged to the buyer’s farm or another suitable location. Delivery costs, timing, access requirements and receiving arrangements must be confirmed before transportation begins.

Website Use

The photographs, written content, branding and design on this website belong to Mini Moo Alpaca Too Farm unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mini Moo Alpaca Too Farm is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on general website information, third-party websites or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy .

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our website or business practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
